About the programme
South Yorkshire Futures is a social mobility partnership committed to improving education and raising aspirations for young people in South Yorkshire, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The programme was launched in 2017 by Sheffield Hallam University in partnership with local authorities and schools, with a clear aim: to drive long-term improvements in the educational health of the region by working with partners to improve attainment and aspiration from early years through to further and higher education.
